Our 1:1 Hydrotherapy classes are on every Wednesday from 9 am to 1:30 pm.
Hydrotherapy conducted in our heated pool to help regain or enhance physical well being. Hydrotherapy exercises are a series of gentle movements to help you regain strength and confidence.
